Parsons Kia of Winchester

Since the first contact, seems like a minute from when I submitted my query on the vehicle, Samantha was cheerful and responsive, she answered all of my questions and kept e updated while she was working with another customer on site. We bantered about cars like old buddies while I waited for my friend (who I was researching the car for) to decide if the numbers were right for him. At no time during our interaction did I feel pressured to buy or rushed. I eventually decided to get the car myself and took the drive to Winchester to see the car. Sam got the car, gave us the keys, went over a few things and we took it out for a drive. Once back, I went to sign the documents, which itself was one of the quickest I had done in my history of buying/leasing vehicles. When my wife had questions on the numbers, they were explained to satisfaction. The entire experience was what I believe most people would want when they got to buy a car. Honest folks that show a level of care in their customer while providing the best experience during the shopping/buying process. I applaud Parson's for the great care to took with me and for providing a great experience. It is a bit of a drive from my home but I plan on taking my vehicles there for servicing. I suspect their service team will be equally as great. Kudos on a stellar performance! Keep it up! Wayne M
