I had a great experience at Doug Smith! Thomas B was very friendly and really listened to what I wanted. I changed my mind a lot of times but he was never impatient and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I reached out to him often with questions and concerns and he always got back to me right away with answers. Thanks to him, I got exactly what I wanted and didn't have to compromise, and I never felt pressured(which is a really big deal to me). Even after I bought my car, he followed up with me to make sure I'm happy with it and genuinely cared. I love my new Jeep and I couldn't have picked a better person to buy from!
