My wife when to buy a car to this dealership with my brother in law, and Aramis Taveras was the sales person assign to them, my wife originally want to buy a new Toyota highlander 2017 but he convinced to buy a used Honda Pilot 2016 with 31000 miles for the agreed price of 29999 plus taxes. My wife don't speak any English neither my brother in law, after they agreed they when to financial to sign the paper work, and they told her to sign here and there, and she trust them. I just came back from work out of state and find out that in the contract they actually put the price for 35000 dollars plus 1265 dollars for extended warranty that start on January 2015, even that she just bought the car on November 17 2017. I when today January 9 to try to talk to them and nobody is willing to help us with this dishonest salesperson. I talk to the PRE-OWNED SALES manager MARTIN FLORES, who originally have an attitude, and told us, she sign it so she is responsible and is nothing that they can do. Finally after two hours of talking to them, the manager came again and say if we have any proof that the sales person Aramis told us, he can try to help us, but we don't have any proof other than the contract, because he keep the original estimate. I found a lot of discrepancies on the paperwork, some say new, some say pre-owned, also the warranty, and the price. They ignored the TRUTH IN LENDING ACT, which stipulates that car dealers need to be very clear about costs when selling a car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealship and to my surprise discovered they were by far the most sneakest dishonest set of individuals I've ever dealt with! Finance manager Mohammed Ali (the guy with patch on his eye), is the worst! He reviewed the #s with me, then asked me to leave his office while he proccesses them. Then doctored the #s adding over $2,000 of unexplained hidden costs. He then hurried me up to sign the fradulent papers that he said were the same as he reviewed. I complained to Toyota of America and Advantage Toyota was forced to return my 2K!!! Mohammed Ali is to worst! - Stay away from him at all cost - He is EVIL!!! If he's done this to me imagine how much other people he's done this to that didn't catch on. They Advantage Toyota keeps him employed because he brings in excess $$$$ for them - at customer's cost!
Terrible Communication! Horrible Experience!!!
Contacted this dealership via email on a Friday evening to confirm the availability of a specific used van. The dealership confirm that the vehicle was available. After a few back and forth questions about the vehicle I informed them that my wife and I would be there the next day to test drive. We were given a "VIP" appointment time and received a confirmation e-mail at 8:57pm. On Saturday my wife and I drove 380 miles from Virginia to arrive for our VIP appointment. When we arrived a salesperson checked on the vehicle and informed us that the vehicle was sold last evening. We were furious. My wife and I drove back to Virginia and after 760 miles, $78 in tolls, and over $60 in fuel we arrived home with nothing. I sent an e-mail to the general manager and as of 4 days never heard a response. I'm guessing that the dealership was hoping we would show up knowing the vehicle was being purchased with the intent of talking us into something else we didn't want. Obviously we would not recommend this dealership and want to warn others what you might be getting into if you are considering this place. The lack of an explanation or an apology from the GM speaks volumes about their concern

The Salesman, Rashawn Dennis, was great. He listened to all of my needs and made sure that they were met. I went to a few other dealers prior and wasn't satisfied with the sales people so I decided not to purchase. Rashawn on the other hand was very likable. His demeanor and knowledge made me feel very confident with my purchase.
I recently purchased a Prius V from Advantage Toyota Scion. My salesman, Marty, was amazing. He loves this car, was extremely knowledgeable and would not let me leave the dealership until I understood everything about the car and how to use it. I had a problem with the tonneau and - even tho he was out of the country- he answered all my emails and saved me $600.00 after the manager had already told me the car did not come with the tonneau. In fact, this model did come with the tonneau and Marty did not hesitate to come to my rescue. He helped me decide which car was best, printed out comparison sheets, took me for multiple test drives and explained why I would be better served with the Prius as opposed to the Camry which I had come in for. He was absolutely right! I love this car, the trunk space is tremendous, the passenger seating bigger than the Camry. If you are purchasing a car, he will spend as much time as you need to make sure you make an educated decision. He was wonderful and I would suggest that people ask for him at Advantage. In a world of slimy salesmen, he was totally honest and forthcoming. The service guys were great to deal with also. A true pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was personable, professional, and extremely helpful from the minute I walked in the door until I made the final purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the various products and deals offered and did a great job matching my needs with the appropriate vehicle that would meet them. Wonderful buying experience
I came into the dealership because i was interested in the 2015 rav4. Wille G. Assisted me. He really worked to accommodate my needs. He listened to me and he walked me through all of my options before i signed off on the leasing agreement and i felt comfortable. I knew the sale was important but he wasn't a pushy salesman and i really appreciated that. He even made trading in my car a simple process. I come from a sales background and i am really a stickler for customer service. I can honestly say that Im pleased with my customer service experience. id recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation. Everyone i encountered was helpful and friendly But willie is my guy when i need a new toyota.

Fantastic Toyota Dealership
My experience at Advantage Toyota was wonderful; I met a very detailed Sales Representative named Shana Harrison who introduced me to a mint condition certified pre owned 2009 Toyota Avalon at an amazing price. I was very impressed by the car and the outstanding service options Shana provided me to protect my purchase; I also had the pleasure to meet Financial Manager Jay Sarasky who was able to give me a great financing rate with gap protection for my purchase. Advantage Toyota has given me a great product that I will enjoy for years to come.
Better than I expected
I dealt with Joe Camilleri in sales for my Camry. I've had bad experiences with salespeople in the past but Joe was great to deal with. He was very clear about everything and it felt like he was helping me pick what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something. He answered all of my questions in a very straightforward manor. I definitely recommend dealing with him.

A great experience
Just purchased a 2015 Highlander LE Plus and the experience could not have been better. I purchased and leased many vehicles over the years from a host of different dealerships and salespersons and Advantage Toyota and Joe Camilleri, in particular, was the best. I wasn't quite sure whether I wanted a RAV4 or Highlander when I walked in and Joe explained to me the differences in great detail and let me decide what was best for me without undue pressure. He explained the pricing of each vehicle and at the end of the day there were no surprises (which is sometimes not always the case with car salesmen). My wife and I could not be happier. I would recommend Advantage and Joe, in particular, to anyone looking for a stress free sales experience.

It was my first dealer experience and the last one in that place. I bought my second and third car somwhere alse. Its a long story but the end is simple-never again lynbrook advantage toyota. Any other place will serve you better than there.
Today I visited the dealership and the price that I agreed to with Rudy W was not accepted. The price we agreed to yesterday was $29,500 including technology package, delivery charges, cargo cover, mats, and wheel locks. When I came in today with my sister, (the potential buyer) the price we agreed to was refused. What is the reason that the agreed upon price was rejected and I was lied to. You guys have advertised that you give fair prices but if so, why was the agreed upon fair price rejected?
BAIT AND SWITCH!
THEY BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!! I gave $1000 deposit on a car with the dealer Michael A, On saturday morning. After the deposit went through that day we started doing all the paperwork over the phone. Between saturday and monday we exchanged over 30 phone calls. I get up monday morning to head out to them ( they are an hour and a half away) and i discover my current car had two flats. I called to them them i was arranging a ride but would still be there for my car! Michael kept calling to make sure i wasn't bailing. I get there monday evening and they SOLD MY CAR!!! Better yet, they sold it saturday night. So still after they had my deposit for it and they neglected to tell me during our 30 phone calls. They tried pushing me into buying any other crap car they had on the lot. NEVER GO HERE!!!!
