This dealership is a major rip off and does not care about the satisfaction of the customers. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this company and this time was a complete let down. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less than 100,000 miles and started having problems out of it a week later. I reached out to Toyota of Hattiesburg and was told by Randy over the used vehicles that he had the choice to repair the vehicle and he was choosing not to. To repair this vehicle will cost around $3,800 and so far I've spent $1,100 repairing things on it. I am highly dissatisfied with the treatment I have received from Toyota of Hattiesburg.
Pleasant buying experience

Purchased a 2017 Corolla. Mr. Bolton was knowledgeable and courteous, clearly explaining the car's features and the purchasing/finance process. No pressuring or attempts to steer me toward a more expensive model, which I really appreciated. A much more pleasant experience than I have had with other dealers in the past.

Dr. Hogan and I enjoyed our interacting with Justin while we were buying our new highlander limited. He was very knowledgeable about what we wanted and found the exact color and all the options we wanted on our new Toyota . A very nice young man. Very polite..as you can tell we liked him very much.

Traded my 13 tocoma for my wife a 15 RAV4. Only took a few minutes to meet at a agreed price. Maybe the perfect small SUV on the market for the price. We both really love the SUV and will only deal with Toyota of Hattiesburg in the future.

This was by far the smoothest, easiest and best car buying experience of my life. I buy a new car about every 10-12 years. Luckily I have always selected dependable vehicles because I normally HATE dealing with Salespeople! This was not my experience this time. I already knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. While researching the vehicles I provided my information to the dealers in my area and was contacted by Jessica Steen of Toyota of Hattiesburg via email. She was extremely professional, took my offer to her Sales Manager and got me the deal I wanted with absolutely NO HASSLE! I even got the exact interior color I wanted even though the vehicle had to be built in order to get it and without the price increasing by a penny. Special thanks to Jessica and Drew for my buying experience!

I drove over 180 miles from Denham Springs, LA to purchase my Tacoma from Toyota of Hattiesburg! Toyota of Hattiesburg is the best Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. Jessica Skeen, Tommy Mellow, and Terry Rasberry are the best! I will definitely purchase my future Toyotas from Toyota of Hattiesburg!

We went there looking at colors of the Highlanders, and ended up purchasing a FWD one, although we wanted a AWD, but knew that in the south that would be near impossible to find. We had to wait for the FWD to arrive at their dealership and over the weekend found an AWD! Unfortunately Hattiesburg could not get it, though they really did try! Riley was an amazing help and we wish that we could have gone through with our purchase with them, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to get what we wanted. This dealership was very comfortable and the people we worked with were very kind! Thank you!

Eric Eaton (sales person) made our purchase a very pleasant experience. He spent a lot of time helping us select the vehicle that met our needs. He explained all the features and "hands on" trained us how to operate. There was no "pushy, fast talk sales pitch" but hospitable conversation. I have purchased many vehicles in the past. I rate this experience as #1.

Simply put, I adore Toyota of Hattiesburg. For years they have serviced my Lexus since Toyota makes Lexus and have done a great job. I traded in a paid-for Lexus SUV for a new 2015 Highlander because I wanted more of a car feel, not to mention a lighter color. I was very honest and told them I would shop around for the best price and whoever had the best price got the sale. I physically went to three different Toyota dealerships in 3 towns and TOH was $4,000 less than one of their competitors and $6000 less than the other. The difference in price for the two vehicles was based upon how fair/generous they were with my trade. TOH's price was extremely fair. My salesman, John Anderson, said they were a volume dealer and they were only trying to make a little money on each deal as opposed to a ton on one person. I will forever shop at TOH. They have really impressed me.

I had the best experience getting a car for the first time in my life. My salesman Jake was fabulous. He picked out a car for me to look at and once I saw it I fell in love with it. I highly recommend this dealership. Terry was also great walking me thru my paperwork and getting all signed up.

My fiance and I had been trying and trying to get a vehicle because I needed a way to get to college and he needed a way to get to work. We tried bank loans, but this was our last resort because we didn't think we would get approved!..WRONG!! I'm 18 years old and a freshman in college with no job, and my dad cosigned with me on a 2014 Toyota Camry SE and we got approved!! We had tried the same at Petro Nissan in Hattiesburg and got turned down. Justin was our helper, and he did amazing! We got along, and he made sure I found something that I wanted! Thank you Toyota!! My fiance and I love our new car!!

I purchased my 4Runner a couple months ago. The salesman I worked with helped me get my payment down to where I needed it to be exactly. I love the vehicle, and will most likely return for service visits as well, even after my 2 years of free service is up.

Do not use this dealership! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl. They accepted her 2007 PT Cruiser for repair. Then, they said they didn't have a clue what was wrong with it and couldn't repair it. I demanded they tow it immediately to Dodge/Chrysler (who found the mechanical problem within minutes). When asked why they accepted the car... They lied and said my daughter told them it was a Toyota Camry. Our family has never owned a Toyota and never will! My daughter is NOT a liar!!!

I told the salesman (justin) of a "good" offer received by another dealer; he agreed it was a good offer and went on to inform me to make sure I get it in writing before signing anything and that the "good" offer was for the car I wanted. He also offered to look up the VIN number to make sure. I found out that the so-called "good" offer was not on the "up-and-up" and went back to Hattiesburg Toyota (online) got a great offer (I did do my homework) and they even delivered the car to me down on the coast. Greatest car buying experience I ever had (and I am a woman)
