Scam! Did NO work. Water pump gone and dead battery by next morning

I went in for 40,000 mile check-up in 2nd generation Prius. Maintenance list checked off. Next day car wouldn't start. Had to call AAA. 12 volt completely DEAD (I HAD LEFT NO LIGHTS ON INSIDE--ALL DOORS PLUS HATCHBACK CLOSED TIGHT)--Water Pump needed replacing. Tire treads were NOT measured--one tire nearly bald but they had said all ok. I am a widow and have a service dog...and it was getting to 106 degrees. Tow turck had to find open service and had to take car to Sandy Springs--60 miles away. Needed new water pump, new 12 volt AND new tire. I called Newnan and said "Your service dept simply checked off all boxes, made up tire measurements--checked NOTHING. They REFUSED to take repsonsibility. I wrote Toyota..they said "Well water pumps can go out anytime, same with batteries." What about the tire? They couldn't spot uneven wear and measure treads? THEY CHARGED FOR ROTATION BUT DIDN'T DO IT. I know b/c I always mark tires with a chalk mark to see if actually rotated. I now take care to Sandy Springs. Newnan is a TERRIBLE place.

Excellent Team and Very Professional

Ruben and Greg made my vehicle purchase experience very hassle free. I highly recommend them to everyone. These people are wonderful and so professional. Vu was the finance manager, and he did a fabulous job too. Thanks to everyone.

Nice experience

As much as I hate/detest buying a car, Toyota of Newnan made it a Pleasant experience. The individuals we came into contact with were all professional and friendly. Our Sales Associate was the best. Jesus was knowledgeable, Courteous and determined our needs in a vehicle. Understanding our needs and limitations, Jesus guided us in a respectful manner at all times. I would recommend Toyota and especially our Sales Associate.

What an experience!

When shopping for a new car, I knew i wanted a Toyota Camry. They have a great reputation and are just overall great, reliable cars. Toyota of Newnan made my car-buying experience a great one. They are very friendly and seem very trustworthy, as they kept their word and didn't engage in any shady tactics. I would definitely buy from them again and will be referring my friends and family there as well.

Service Department is Incompetent

Sales experience was great, but their service department is very lacking. When I took the car in I already knew the problem and it took ALL day for them to come to the same conclusion, when all they had to do was a simple inspection of a cable, instead they did test after test and told me that Autozone sold me a bad battery. I finally got them to understand that the Positive Cable needed to be replaced after talking with 3 different people and 9 hours later. I'm not a certified mechanic, but I know how to do simple maintenance on a car. When the Service Technician calls me 7 hours after I told them what was wrong, and says, "We can't find anything wrong with it, and I don't want to sent you on your way without helping you, what do you think is wrong with it?" it doesn't inspire confidence in their abilities. Then the Service Manager wants to argue with me about the conversation the Tech had with me, and she's telling me, "THAT's not what he said, he didn't ask you what you thought was wrong with it?" and she says that she was in the same room, but after I recite back word for word what he said, she changes the subject, and then quotes me 2 1/2 hours of labor for a cable replacement that has one bolt on the alternator and one bolt on the battery, at $88 an hour.
