Purchase of a new 2022 Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle

My situation was somewhat complex, but Auto Nation Ford on the Gulf Frwy in Houston was able to work around all the complexities. I found the entire organisation to be friendly, straightforward, competent, and trustworthy. It was easy to work with Saul, the Sales Manager, and particularly Rachel Roberts, the salesperson. She did an excellent job of showing and explaining the salient features of my PHEV. Interestingly, she had never before had the opportunity to sell a PHEV. It was amazing to me how well she could understand all the features of a very unique vehicle in such a short time!
