Incredible service at BMW Service Department

My service adviser Berry Thomas was amazing: Berry is always making sure I feel I am well taken care of while my BMW is being serviced: He makes it a. point to make sure I am aware on the status of the process of my car and is always attempting to accommodate my needs while my car is in the shop.
