Dropped car off for a recall at 7:30 appointment with Kip. At 2:30, had not heard back from him, so I called to check status. Was told he would check and call me back. At 3:30 wife called back. Fernando answered and transferred her to Kip and she got Kips voicemail. She waited 10 min and called back. Fernando said he would take care of it and said car hadn’t been looked at, but he personally would drive it in the shop. 10 minutes later Kip called back and said he was busy, but car was in the shop. Linda then called to see what had happened and said she would also look into it. 10 minutes later Linda called and said it was ready. When I arrived (we live 20 minutes away) to pick it up, I was told receptionist had my keys and paperwork. Went to her and ticket was laying inside window. Receptionist went to computer but said Mech was still charging parts. Waited an additional 5 minute and then was processed. Fernando and Linda were helpful. But Kip not polite at all. Again, it was a recall so it didn’t cost anything out of pocket.
