Dealership Service Review
No one contacted me about my vehicle. I called and called and never could get ahold of anyone. I left messages and never heard back. I finally had to talk to someone in the sales department who had to go ask about my car. After it had been there for two days the said the guy who could look at it wasn’t even there. They didn’t communicate that with us so our car just sat there. We have to have two cars with our jobs and they didn’t seem to care. Even when we went to pick it up no one talked to us. My husband had to go look for someone to talk to. I normally don’t write reviews but the customer service was nonexistent here. I hate writing bad reviews But honestly the experience was bad. I still haven’t gotten my car fixed.
