Failure to follow-up

onI booked my appointment on-line to have my Ford recall on my passenger-side airbag replaced. I specified in my on-line booking exactly why I needed the Service. I arrived at my appointed time only to be told that no airbags were available and that one would be ordered for me. Now a month later I have heard nothing. I called the Service Department but had to leave a message. My message stated clearly my name, phone number, and email address as requested. I also stated that I was wanting an update on my Airbag. I called later in the afternoon and again got voice mail. It has now been two days and I have received no call back. I'll go to another Ford Dealer instead.
