My service consultant, Nick Nolan, did an excellent job in explaining the services that were to be performed, and kept me appraised of the progress of the service. Nick and the Mercedes-Benz staff - from dropping off my car, picking up the loaner car to explaining the services and making future recommendations went beyond my expectations for superior service. Very satisfied with my service experience - big thumbs up!
