Jesse has been our service advisor going on 3 years now. He has made getting our 2 Mercedes vehicles in for servicing easy and he is excellent with communication. He always lets us know what’s recommended to be done versus what’s a necessity and what we need to be on the lookout for and prepared for on upcoming repairs. He is prompt with replies and answers to questions and is extremely kind and polite. On a scale of 1-10, Jesse gets an 11+.
