Dealership Service Review
I went in because I had been stranded with a dead battery. Since it was under warranty, I called Honda, who sent a service to jump my car. I drove straight to First Texas. After the preliminary check-in I was told it was going to be 2 1/2 hours! I did not agree with that and said that I was forced to bring the car in because of the loss of use of the car. It was not as if I had driven up and asked for an oil change or for my tires to be rotated. For that I would expect to wait. But when there is a failure of something on the car that should be given priority. I expressed as much to my technician, Zack Clarke. Then, just a few minutes after I sat down in the waiting area (one of the nicest around, I might add), Zach came in and told me he had expedited my car, the batter had already been tested (failed), and a new one was being put in. I couldn't thank him enough for prioritizing my car and doing, what I thought, was appropriate for the situation. THAT is customer service! I was out of there within the hour.
