Dealership Service Review
On July 29, 2021, my wife had the oil change on our 2018 Honda Accord. The vehicle has 19,200 odd miles. On Monday, August 3, 2021, I discovered a large oil leak in our garage floor. I returned the vehicle to the dealership, was told that oil was on the undercarriage of the vehicle and the vehicle was not leaking oil. On August 4, 2021, I discovered a smaller oil leak on the floor of my garage, and once again I returned the vehicle to the dealership. We have not had this problem before the oil change on July 2021. I received a text message advising me my vehicle is ready to be picked up but was not advising what caused the oil leak. The vehicle runs fine as one would expect from a vehicle that has 19,200 miles.
