Great Experience

I went in to Lithia after not having decent luck with other dealerships in the area. I found a car I was interested and took it for a drive and felt ZERO pressure from the salesman at all to buy. I went back the next day and purchased my 2012 WRX, with the help of Barry, and have had the car for 2 weeks now and am still very happy with my experience and the car. I would definitely go to this dealership to buy another Subaru!

Great Experience

I would recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone shopping for a car. The dealership was amazing and Annie Cook was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She made the process of buying my 2018 Outback fantastic. She was there anytime I needed her and continues to provide support. Thank you Annie!

Best Experience, customer service and price

I live in WA and looked into buying a 2018 Outback Limited at more than a half a dozen Subaru dealerships in WA and Oregon. I got by far the best price at Lithia but what really sold me and my husband was the customer service. We had originally gone to a dealership 20 min down the road but after talking with Mark we decided to drive the 2 hours to Oregon to buy from Lithia. Mark was so knowledgible about the vehicle, was pleasant to talk to and gave us a great quote right off the bat. Sometimes you just get a vibe off someone and that’s how we felt about Mark after speaking with him one time over the phone. I inquired about the vehicle online on A Saturday and wasn’t expecting a response until monday. Mark wrote me back within 3 minutes of my inquiry. That’s amazing. My husband drove to Oregon to get a quote on a trade in on my car while I had to work. We expected we’d have to come back on my day off to pick up the vehicle and finish paperwork. Nope! Mark followed my husband home in the pouring rain, a two hour drive just so I could sign the papers and he could give me a tutorial on the car. Who does that?!?! I said we went with Lithia because of Mark and his customer service and that’s exactly why! Love this place, love Mark and love my new Subaru! If you’re in the market for a Subaru, Lithia will not disappoint.

Excellent Experience

I am very excited about my new 2018 Outback. Throughout my adult life, I have often said that I would rather give birth than endure the ordeal of buying a car. I am so pleased to say that my recent experience with Lithia was so pleasant, that I may revise that sentiment. I had a fabulous time from beginning to end. My sales rep, David, was extremely knowledgeable about my new Outback, very patient and very respectful. While the process of buying a new car still took a bit of time, I never felt the pressure or disrespect that this experience usually brings. Thanks Lithia, I have purchased three of my four Subaru’s from you and will most likely return in the future.

1st new car!

I thought about leasing a new vehicle and stopped by Lithia to see what the process looked like. They had a brand new 5-speed Impreza near the entrance, so I took a quick peek inside and decided to start the paperwork without even taking a test drive. Annie treated me like a valued customer. She was informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of leasing the vehicle, I was approved for financing with a reasonable monthly payment! My family will be back soon to trade-in a Mini Cooper for another brand new Subaru! We are grateful for the entire experience with Lithia.

Lithia Subaru is the best!

Today I went in to sell my used Subaru at Lithia and I am overwhelmed with the effort Devon Patton put in to making this a painless process. They gave me top dollar for my used Subaru. With Devon’s kindness, helpfulness and no-pressure attitude, I am a huge fan! She even drove me to my house so my husband (who is at home sick) didn’t have to leave the house to sign the paperwork. Then she kept me company let me drive a Subaru to my parents house (all the way across the river in rush hour traffic) to pick up their spare car! Who does that??? After all of that, I decided to lease a new Subaru. I can’t wait to drive my brand new car! I highly recommend Lithia and Devon patton. A huge thank you to Val Brown for giving me top dollar for my used outback. You guys made my day! All around this was the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. Go check them out!

Chris is Awesome!

Chris helped me out today and was absolutely great. I told him exactly what i could afford and he told me exactly what i could have. There was no pressure ever to go above my budget. We had a great time today. The day was fun and exciting, the way it should be when you buy a new car. There was one tiny snafus and Chris came to me immediately with honesty and integrity and told me what happened. Before I could ask how are you going to make this right he had an amazing solution. I will buy there again. I would trust him to sell a car to my mom or my daughter. Everyone that helped me or spoke to me was so customer focused and wanted to ensure that I had the best experience. Well they went way beyond best experience. This will be hard to top. The best thing was no pressure to buy. The integrity of the team and a general feeling of caring.

False Advertising and Unfulfilled Promises

Do your homework if you're going to buy from Lithia! They have a price match guarantee, so I reached out to local dealers online (for the same model/option package), and sent Lithia the lowest quote received before going in to purchase my 2018 Crosstrek on 8/27/17. Their website had a coupon for a free $35 Visa gift card for test driving any vehicle (no purchase necessary), so I printed it out and gave it to my salesman Patricio Soler. My mother had purchased a new Forrester a year prior, and had recommended Patricio, so I had sought him out to help with my purchase. In doing so, I had mentioned the referral, and was told, in writing (email), that my mom would receive a referral fee. Patricio was easy to work with, and my negative review doesn't reflect my experience with him. However, after I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I met with Finance Manager David Killion. I informed him I had reviewed all "the extras," and had decided I was only interested in Lithia's lifetime oil change package. He became visibly frustrated with my decision not to purchase anything else. At one point, I had to ask him to remove the tire warranty that I noticed buried in my financing deal. I signed the papers, and when leaving asked Patricio about the $35 gift card I hadn't received. He told me he would request it from his other manager the following day, as the finance department was frustrated with the low price I paid for my vehicle. I was suddenly being punished for doing my due diligence?! The Visa gift card was PROMISED on their online site, and I had not only test drove a vehicle, but had purchased one. I didn't hear anything for several days until I reached out to Patricio. I also mentioned the referral, and gave him my mom's information so they could mail her the referral fee. Long story short - it's 3.5 months later, and neither were. Every inquiry I made indicated we would receive both, but nothing ever arrived in the mail. My recommendation is to seek online quotes from other dealers first if you choose to buy from Lithia. The dealers will send you an online quote via email, and then Lithia will match their price. It did save me a few thousand dollars, however I was ultimately punished by doing so. As of this morning, they stated the gift card was redeemed in October (obviously by someone else), and because I got such a good deal, there was no money to give my mom the promised referral fee. I love my vehicle, but Lithia's false advertising and unfulfilled promises have made my experience bittersweet. Good luck in your car shopping, but my advice is to go with a dealer who follows through on their word.

Jake was awesome!

We went into the dealership a little hesitant on talking to someone because my wife and I had a really bad experience at another Subaru Dealership. So when the salesman came up, we weren't sure if we wanted to talk to him. BUT JAKE WAS AWESOME. He wasn't pushy, he gave us time to look, there was no pressure to get anything right on the spot, and it was the most pleasant car shopping experience i've had. If you go to the Lithia dealership, ask for Jake. He was great.

I had to get my daughter into a car that her dad and I felt good about but at the same time an 18 year old wouldn’t resist being seen in (and preferably under $10K with low miles) Almost impossible- but we were referred to Lithia and were fortunate that Edgar came to check on us- because he was the best. No sales crap- just a helpful, nice and very personable young man who got us thru the arduous process of purchasing a car! I would most definitely return to this dealership and this salesperson should the occasion arise. The manager and finance person were also very pleasant to work with.

Outstanding Customer Experience and Good Pricing

After I had driven a number of cars of various makes I decided that the Subaru Outback was the car for me. The dealer I had initially driven that at was the kind that liked to put $2,000 market demand plus ups on the window sticker. I get that for a limited edition car, but not a Subaru Outback at the end of its model year (and to be fair, that dealer did not have the color car I wanted). So, I started searching around and it didn't take me long to find Lithia Subaru and their gigantic inventory of Outbacks. They had 4 of the exact car I wanted and when I got there, of course, I wanted another color. They sold me the color for the same price that they had bid me for the other (and said price was outstanding). The sales experience with Patricio was efficient and informative and the finance guy David was also courteous and good at explaining things. One other thing I might add about Patricio, was that he was really good explaining some of the more technical aspects of the car in layman's terms. The Eyesight system is really awesome, and he was able to help me understand it pretty quickly. All and all, I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru if you are considering Subaru for your next car.

My husband and I felt very much appreciated at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially Mark who took a lot of time to help us find the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable and understanding and did a great job finding an option that works best for us. He also took the time to show us how to use all the features in our car, which was great for me as I'm not totally familiar with much of the technology used in cars today. My husband and I are looking forward to working with Lithia Subaru in the future.

Patricio and the team at Lithia Subaru are amazing. We were in a tough spot after a car wreck, or rental coverage was about to run out, and found just the car we wanted in their inventory. I was in and out of the dealership in record time with a lovely [non-permissible content removed] Forester. Patricio explained all the nifty features, made sure we were set up, and even gave us some toy subarus for the kids. Great experience, love the car. Even the financing part was smooth. I keep my cars for a long time, so the lifetime oil deal was also a great deal. Thanks everyone !

We had a great experience all around! Honestly we did not think we would buy a Subaru (we have been Toyota people for many years). However, after test driving the Outback and learning about it's safety features - we were converted (thanks Ryan)! From day 1 with Ryan Love in sales, to closing with Ryan Vaughn and Geoff (finance) - All were exceptional and professional to work with - I have never had such a pleasant buying experience (who would have thought!!) Ryan Love was just awesome, and felt more like we were buying from a friend instead of a "car salesman". I quickly nicknamed him our "Hometown Hero", and decided we wanted to buy from our local OC dealer. Every person we have met at your dealership is awesome (great hiring practices)! Ryan Love was and continues to be a great spokesman for the Subaru brand and Lithia! Hot dogs are great - keep em filled! Thanks to all, A satisfied Lithia customer and very happy new Subie Owner!
