On Friday, May 1, 2020, I purchased a new Highlander through Craig Jensen. Because of his competence, patience, and expertise, the experience was very good. I appreciated the extra effort he made to facilitate the deal. The finance representative, The receptionist - both ladies were delightful and very efficient. A big thank you to all.
