Great Experience

My overall experience with Lexus of Warwick specifically Ernie was great. I walked into the dealership with no plans of purchasing a new vehicle, but ended up walking out with new 2017 Lexus IS300. Ernie answered all of my questions to help me deciding to move forward. I am loving the car so far and will be back when I am next in the market for a new car.

Lexus at its Best

Overall, the Lexus of Warwick dealership is spacious and clean; the waiting area is comfortable and amply stocked. All aspects are warm and inviting. Ernie Tommasiello, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, accessible, and helpful. I would highly recommend working with him.

Taking advantage of

Unfortunately after having 4 years of good service here, this time the 4th vehicle I bought from Lexus has left a sour taste in my mouth. I bought a used vehicle from them and after not even owing it for 2 weeks starting to hear a rattling noise, I immediately took it in the next morning and was told it was coming from the steering column. After being told they had to check with the sales department because it was a expensive job I had to call and check on the status of this and the result was its not a safety issue so we won't cover it. Upon buying the vehicle I was told it came with a 30 day warranty. Well it hasn't been 30 days and they still won't fix the problem. After leaving a message for both the GM and the service department manager with no return call back. You just lost a loyal customer who buys a vehicle about every 2 years.

Please Run to Inskip if looking for Lexus!

Gerry was great to work with as there was no pressure just knowledgeable information regarding the vehicle including honest feedback on the RX350 vs. 450 questions I had.Price turned out to be a little more flexible than others I had experienced and the team of Linda and Mike set me up with the best possible rate. Mike helped with the paperwork and lining me up with only the options I wanted without the pressurized add ons. Great experience!

Dont skip to inskip

Review: Brought my friend, who works 7 days a week and has precious little time , to Buy a GX460 at Inskip today 8/30/10 at 10 am. Went for a test drive with Mr. Ray West who was quite agreeable. Afterwards, was introduced to sales manager who was rude, demeaning and arrogant. She basically referred to us, a customer and potential customers, as "fully stupid" when we made a "ridiculous" offer on the car. We abruptly left Inskip...For Good!, and went to a different Lexus dealer in Sharon MA at 12 pm. We made the same "ridiculous" offer to the salesperson , who generously did not laugh nor slammed the offfer back in our faces. Instead, we finally reached a price abt $800 difference from the "ridiculous"price mentioned. We were treated with respect and have our dignities intact when we left at abt 6 pm, 8/30/10, with a new sparkling White 2010 GX 460 for my friend. Sorry Ray West, your Sales Manager cost you a sale today...and Inskip lost At Least 3 potential customers...and counting.
