I found a car that has been on my bucket list since I was probably 12... the American Muscle Car Ford Mustang GT with a nice V-8 engine in that perfectly shaded deep red. While it isn't the 68 or 69 of my dreams, this car most closely resembles that retro-look with the taillights, headlights, body molding and GT cap on the back. This particular year/model was perfect for what I was seeking. I set up and appointment to come & test drive and Mac was right there at the door to greet me when I showed up. They had the vehicle ready for me to test. I was pre-approved--your finance department went above and found a better deal for me. While I didn't get the car on that Saturday--I received a call right away Monday morning and came and took car of it all & my car was delivered. I admit I spent some time last evening just staring at it in the garage. It felt superb to arrive at work in style this morning as everyone stared. I initial went to Bergstroms to get my oil changed on my truck. My truck only being just paid off and in my "custody" for a little over a year I had no intentions of trading it in. But Bergstroms wasn't forceful I inquired about what it would take to get a second vehicle and not only did the dealer Dean walk me through the process step by step but he went above and beyond making sure that my family got something we can afford and was happy with. We love our New car its a great addition to our family and He made it so quick and easy! Dean even called two weeks later to check up on us and thank us for the purchase when it was I who should be thanking him! I will be returning this summer to purchase another car, I'm not even considering anywhere else! I had a great experience at Bergstrom Kaukauna

We were treated poorly when we initially walked in but once we met up with Stacy our sales lady, we felt welcomed. Stacy did a very good job meeting our expectations. If it wasn't for her we would have walked out very upset.

Jim L. really new about the vehicle I purchased. He is also a very nice guy. I made an appt. via email to test drive. The vehicle was ready when we got there and Jim greeted us with a warm handshake and a smile. He also didn't accompany us on the test drive which we appreciated. It allowed us to openly discuss our test drive experience.

I purchased a very specific vehicle from Bergstrom and traveled all the way from Houston, TX to do it. Throughout the transaction, Jim and the sales team were extremely helpful and answered multiple questions via e-mails and phone calls. Each time they were polite and professional. The vehicle was exactly as described, and they accommodated a 3rd party inspection. They went so far as to convey my requests for information and photographs to the inspector! When I showed up to purchase the vehicle, they had all of the paperwork ready to go. It was truly an easy experience.
