I purchased a new Dodge Charger but it seemed like it was a used car instead due to some problems. They had to fix some small dents on the passenger door, they also had to repair some paint on this door as well. When I took delivery they cleaned it but not the whole car. When I open the hood there was dirt, leaves and sticks under the hood. I have to say that they did take care of all these problems in a timely manner. I found broken glass in the passenger door and inquire about it and they told me they don't have anything noted of any broken window or windshield. I had to put the defoster on for the first time and glass was blowing up from the vent and I even had a small piece of glass hit me. I took it back to the dealer today and they kept it and gave me a loaner. I purchased many cars from this dealer and never had this many problems with a new car I purchased. I just really frustrated is why I'm writing this review. This is the first time I ever had this many problems with a car I purchased from David Dodge. I have to say that they handle all my issues very quickly. My salesperson was great but the Sale Manager was excellent and very nice to work with. I would gave the overall rating a 5 stars but due to all the problems I had I rated them 3 stars. For a new car I should not had all these issues.

Dawn, Gary, Lisa, and Jan were all awesome. They immediately responded to my inquiry-answered all of my questions and worked hard to get me where I needed to be with my purchase. This is my second purchase from David Auto and I am sure it won’t be my last. I have tried a few times since my first purchase, and even though we may have been unsuccessful at the time, they were always upfront, honest, and valued my time. What more could I ask? I have even emailed David directly-he has always responded in an immediate professional manner. Gary, my salesman, even came in on his day off to help me with my purchase. Had everything ready for me before I even arrived. We ran into a little glitch along the way, but we were able to fix it and make a deal. I’d also like to recommend the service department. My wife has had her van serviced since the very beginning and the service department has always been able to accommodate her along with our 3 young children. She can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I have recommended numerous friends and they have all had very similar experiences. I’d also like to mention on a personal note, I always try to do business with David Auto because of their willingness to donate to charities and schools. It means a lot to me to see a local business participate in such things, keep up the good work! I look forward to my next car buying experience! Thank you!

I test drove a Durango and met with Steve to discuss getting out of my lease early. There was no pressure and he was helpful and friendly. When we decided to trade in my husband's truck for a Jeep Wrangler and get me in to the lease early, Steve made it happen and we walked out of there completely happy with our purchase. Even Jan in the sales office gave us a great warranty offer and had our paperwork ready to get us out of there as quickly as possible. David Dodge has a lifetime customer in us!

I went to David’s to buy my first dream car. A Jeep Grand Cherokee! I went to David because I heard great things about this place. The people there were so friendly and welling to help. I had a sales man by the name of Anthony. He was great.

I will say this I haven’t had a lot of good experiences in other dealerships but David Dodge was a hell of a lot better then any of the other I have visited. Our salesman Sharif Mosley made our experience flawless and very easy going.. Was impressed by walking in and not having to wait and was greeted by multiple salesmen and even the clerks behaved nd the desk. I will for sure go back for my future business at that dealership.

Compliments to the sales staff for actually knowing their product. I've found that many don't know their product and that i knew more than them. David's salemen not only taught me thinks about the jeep i purchased but they put together an unbeatable deal that I couldn't refuse. The sevice and parts departments are also knowledgeable and are courteous. Everyone has been great to work with and i feel confident that they will take of my my vehicle going forward. All of your people are wonderful, from the person who greets you at the service door to the guys and gals behind the service counter. There are three employees who stand out, though, as individuals who provide consistent kindness, consideration, and attention to the customer. Dave Z is one of these people. He is excellent. He is quicjk and efficient, and manages to get the job done while he maintains a positive, caring attitude that makes you feel like you count, and you are a member of the family. Andrew M is another outstanding employee. He is friendly, works hard for the customer, and is not afraid to answer questions or hunt down answers or solutions to problems. He and Dave have taken care of me. They are always there when I bring in one of my 4 Chryslers or Dodges (purchased right there at David Dodge) in for service. At the payment counter, Robin M has a sense of humor that makes paying the bill a pleasant experience. She is a caring customer-centered person, obviously one who cares not only about the customer, but the image of the dealer. Thank you for having such a great staff. Not counting the quality of your product, Dodge and Chrysler/Jeep have a quality staff that makes visiting, either to buy or repair an auto, a great experience.

I bought my Dodge Ram from Ken at David Dodge. Ken was great, love the truck, he helped me get out of my old truck that I owed money on. I had a bed liner and wheels put on my truck there and happy with the end result. Would recommend this place.

I recently went to David Dodge to buy a car for my daughter as a graduation present. Despite the recent economy, I had promised her a car if she had graduated with honors and she did. Of course she wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had done our homework on both the SUV and the local dealerships. We actually went to three different ones and ended up going with David Dodge Chrysler Jeep based on price and on the the quality of the sales people. It has been a while since we bought a car and I was surprised how helpful and accommodating these people were. They spent a great deal of time with us walking through cars and deals and incentives they could offer. The whole time everyone was nice and extremely helpful. We ended up buying a white Grand Cherokee and we have been in for service since and are even happy with the service we received then.

I just purchased my 2010 Ram at David Dodge. They were Very helpful, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. After what I went through with my Toyota Tundra, this was by far, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They even beat the TMV price from this web site by almost $2000 and my Truck came in EXACTLY as ordered! I look forward to my future relationship, and future vehicles from this dealer. Althought times are tough, my wife and I are now able to bring our heads above water. We priomised our son (who is in college) a car if he received his NROTC scholorship. In doing so, we figured we would buy something local to help dealers locally. I called this dealership in reference to a used car looking for the "internet pricing". In doing so, I asked the saleman who answered the phone that I was intrested in a used car and wanted to know the price. I was then asked name address and so on. The goal of my call was to get the pricing only. When I said I only wanted the price, the sales man said "you should not be so snappy". I did not finish the conversation any further. I then received a call a few minutes later from the dealership, but hung up the phone. I would not buy here unless you want to have the same experience. I am not saying you will receive the same treatment but beware. I guess this dealership is going well enough that they can talk to any potential customer this way.
