We bought our (used) Pathfinder in March and used our one time service. To my surprise we got a call saying our vehicle shouldn’t have been sold to us with tires im such bad shape and they are replacing them at no charge to us! I’m still in shock. They want to uphold a high standard at Mike Johnson’s Toyota and the service department restored my faith in that. We tried negotiating the tires when we bought it but we couldn’t come to an agreement. This goes above and beyond what I expected and to say I’m relieved would be an understatement. Thank you so much for your service!
