Beware! They don't register vehicles in time!

I have had an expired temporary Registration sticker on my vehicle I leased here for 30 days and counting. Numerous calls to the dealership and manager, Vincent Grace, go unanswered. Last conversation with him, he blames computer issues but that I should still be fine driving a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. Was informed that computer issues is NOT the real reason by the state, so I'm still in the dark in regards to what their real problem is. Very unprofessional, multiple clients have complained about them with the same reason. They should cease business if they cannot file their paperwork in time. They allow consumers to drive purchased/leased vehicles illegally -- As per Vincent Grace, "don't worry about it, if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it". This dealership is a complete and absolute joke. Buyer/Leasee beware. I hope that this gets to the principal owner, Gary B. Flom's, attention as well.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! It's unfortunate that I returned to Nissan Manhattan based on my past experience for the lease of my new vehicle. This newly reopened dealership did very little as far as customer service. Once I had picked up my vehicle the sales person and manager never returned my call or answered my concerns. Although, I had made several attempts to follow up regarding my temporary registration prior to the 30 day expiration, I ended up getting a ticket and my new vehicle impounded because of my expired temporary registration. When I called furious and upset (yes, I yelled) the manager response to me was, " I don't have to deal with your attitude don't yell at me." When I asked him when I would be getting my registration his response, " when it get mailed to you". When I asked for a timeline he said 36 hours, that's three business days! This dealership completely ruined my experience with Nissan. I regret deeply getting my Rogue from them. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Save yourself the headache.
