Scam Non Refundable Deposits

SOMERSWORTH NISSAN BEWARE!!! Never ever go to this dealership and put money down on a vehicle. I’ve now had many emailed conversation with Ethan Clark on return of my credit card deposit for 2500.00. This dealer could not match my bank finance and I decided not to buy from them. They refuse to give my deposit back!!! Now Mr Clark with give it to me in credit towards another vehicle or service for the future!!! People are they this hard up??? Really!!! Don’t put any money down on any car here unless your sure your buying it!!! This dealer is not reputable and I wouldn’t do business with them ever!!! So it’s off to small claims court we go case filed. Sad they make you go this far!!! I never bought the vehicle or signed anything but a buyers order and a acknowledgment of payment thru Nissan. Wanted to check my bank following morning and better deal and the dealership started playing games from that point on. Decided not to purchase from them and they refuse to give a 2500 deposit back from my credit card.

Vehicles are a big investment and with so many dealers around I'll be choosing one that treats you decent after the sale..... period. Have been for service at two other nissan dealers and was treated top notch at one and decent at the other. This place is a joke!

Bought a used Honda Civic, 13 years old. Runs great, sales person was great. Ran into a minor problem, 6 weeks in, dealer warranty didn't even cover it, but dealership took care of it for free. Overall great experience.
