Oil change

First needed oil change for my new car. Had an appt and was waited on immediately. Was offered complimentary beverages while I waited. Once the service was complete I was explained to everything that was done and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Very nice staff.

Andrew Miller the so-called manger was rude, unprofession, not forth right - signed paperwork to purchase a new car, but because they messed up on the trade, they rescinded the offer after we took the car home...harrassed my wife with phone calls about "you better bring the car back" I have never experienced anything like this in my life...this dealership is terrible Do not go near it!

On 07/29/15 my wife found a short cut on the map to Pennsylvania. After we got off the Interstate something started going bump, bump through the car and steering wheel. I was hoping it was the steel belts in a tire. Because we were from Florida I was worried about being taken advantage of. We pulled into Sheridan Nissan and we were treated like Nissan family. It was the steel belts in the driver front tire. They gave me the choice of the same kind of tire as I had on the 47,000 mile car or a less expensive tire. They asked if I wanted the tires rotated, they asked if I wanted an alignment. I said no because time was important. While we waited for the car to be worked on, the waiting area was clean and had Wi-Fi.. We were glad we stopped at Sheridan.

dont wash your car

after our first wash of a 2010 pathfinder the paint on front bumper came off rear bumper also had been repainted as I can see overspray on trim. I was told its my problem even though we only owned it for 60 days.How is it my fault if someone repainted the bumper with faulty paint they should at least provide me with a decent looking suv for 24000 this dealership has bad morals

Horrible experience.

This would be a negative if it was an option. You lost out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. My handicapped friend came back upset that she was asked to move her car from the handicapped parking spot, with her handicapped tag, so that it would be convenient for the sales staff to bring cars up to the front door blocking, all handicapped parking access and spaces. She felt intimidated and did move her vehicle to a non-handicapped spot further away. To add insult to injury, the salesman who would have had a cash sale, commission, was the one who requested that she move. Not only would I never buy a vehicle from Sheridan Nissan, but this has left such a bad taste that I doubt I will ever buy a Nissan. By all appearances Sheridan Nissan does not respect the handicapped community, or want any of their business. Anyone who has a handicapped friend or family member be aware of how you will be treated at Sheridan Nissan. John Nowland

I selected Sheridan Nissan for my next vehicle. Bob K.(my salesperson) was extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan brand and all components to buying a car. Their staff, including John H.(financial) and Ed K.(General Manager) and also Chip S. made my buying experience a great one. There was no pressure and their staff worked with me to buy a great vehicle.

Will Never Buy From Sheridan Nissan

I requested a price for a Base Altima with factory radio installed. They gave me a price on an Altima S. Said they did not have any Base Altimas and sarcastically wished me luck finding on. Chris Greer was the person I dealt with and was very rude in emails.
