Great customer service

I took my truck in 2 times due to loud squeaking when I would brake. Both times they told me it was just water and normal brake noises but I knew that wasn't it. After the second time I explained to the service employee that I know for a fact it's not that and I wanted someone to hear what I do. So he offered to take a test drive and agreed that it wasn't the brakes. After having my car for 2 days and putting me in a rental the issue was fixed. Tony Perez helped me and made sure the job was done. He even went on a test drive when I picked it up to be sure it sounded the way it should. He was kind and concerned about getting my truck fixed. I'm very thankful for his help and if it wasn't for him I don't think the problem would have been fixed.
