onI was planning on buying a car, and ended up leaving. I've never considered leasing, but it was presented in an appealing way. I am happy with my new car, and happy with the dealership. However, I was forced to get new insurance in order to drive my new car off the lot (because I didn't have my insurance card on me). The agent we worked with said he got new insurance for clients "all the time" and said it'd be free to cancel Monday (we bought our car Saturday night). Not only is this completely incorrect, but we were charged $50 to cancel. The dealership will be reimbursing us, but it has been a hassel. A new inspection sticker also wasn't put on my car (even though it was included on my paperwork), nor was I told it wasn't, and I had to take an extra trip down to solve this.
