Dealership Service Review
Basically, it is always wise to remember that dealerships are known for charging all that the traffic will bear, plus a little more. That is something that I allowed myself to forget when I went to the service department for a fairly minor repair ,and received a bill for over five hundred dollars. Who knew that soldering two wire ends together was soooo very time and labor intensive. I am happy that my issue was resolved--- I am not happy with the length of time I sat there, the lack of communication, or the less than stellar attitude toward the customer. Lesson learned---no dealership service outside of inspection and oil change. Hopefully they can control the need to lighten my wallet on these occasions.
