I drove from the middle of Long Island to buy from this dealership. If you do your homework and know what you want, I imagine you can call this dealership an acceptable experience. Sales guy Tommy T., does the best he can while working with back office managers who are the [non-permissible content removed]. There advertised prices are competitive, but they make their money on the backend. Went to two other dealerships and experienced similar tactics, just decided to do the best I could here, considering it was the most car for the money offered at the time. Although vehicle was Certified Pre-owned, I felt I was more knowledgeable about the benefits of purchasing a certified vehicle than the dealership was i.e., lifetime road assistance, free satellite radio period, drivetrain warranty, all never mentioned. Bottom line, if know what you want, and have access to your own funding, you can get a deal.
