on-they appear to have isolated and fixed the problem THANK YOU!! -they give you an overestimate of time and cost to fix so that one generally gets done sooner and pays slightly less -they do not call you to the desk, they find the customer -very polite, helped me with grocery bags; replaced my vending machine "lunch" when M and Ms fell over on table -had news on TV; good information on pet care in car and disaster planning, magazines to help make wait less arduous -bathroom clean and proximate for workers and waiting room
