Contacted Jim, set up an appointment, took a test drive of the GV70, worked out a deal and purchased a new GV70. Car arrived early, Jim followed up with to set a delivery date. Jim introduced me to Mr. T who explained the numerous features of the car. Finally, Jim introduced me to Nicole who handled the "paperwork". From start to finish, the process was smooth and quick. To summarize, the individuals I interacted with were professional and personable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.
