Thank you Honda!

onThank you Honda for making my service experience at Honda a pleasant one. Your service staff is always very professional, polite and knowledgeable. This may seem like something strange to notice, but they are always dressed in a professional manner for the position they hold. Terms like "please," "thank you" and "you are welcome" are a part of their working vocabulary. When my service work has been completed, the service advisor who checked me in calls me by name and says "Mrs. LaSalle, your car is waiting for you out front." It is hard to teach manners to an adult but the people hired by Honda of Grand Blanc obviously had training at home before applying for work at the store.
When I ask a question, I am not blown off because I am a women. My questions are taken seriously and I am given straightforward answers. The service advisors have also been proactive and made recommendations when appropriate.
There have been times when I had to bring in my car for work that cost several hundreds of dollars and times when I had to bring in my car for something as simple as reprogramming my key fob. No matter what the reason, I have been treated with dignity and respect.
I trust the people to Honda of Grand Blanc to give me an honest answer as they realize that unhappy customers do not refer their family and friends to a their dealership.
Thank you Honda of Grand Blanc. I'll be back!
