What a joke!

onSimple oil change took over 2.5 hours with actual service with hood up over an hour…tech dropped a socket head into engine and lost it…replacement was also lost and was told someone “borrowed” it…no respect or conversation with staff so had to get out and ask what is going on….cold shoulder from all…staff tried to avoid my car in fear I may ask them what was going on…This type of service has happened a few other times and also to my son that gets service there. I understand that help is hard to get…but not updating and loosing tools is not appropriate.
