Oil change

I was just in for an oil change and tune up with plugs and wires installed. The tune up was good but the oil change was a bit disappointing. My oil percent was not changed from 9% to 100%. My tire pressure varied by 7 pounds and there were oil spots on the inside of the motor compartment that were not wiped off and none of my fluid reservoirs were filled. I’ve been a customer for some time now, I just spent $750 for the complete service and was not happy with oil change part.

The service dept. called me and apologized for my dissatisfaction and compensated me with a free oil change on my next visit. This was a nice gesture and I am satisfied with their concern to keep my business.
