Dealership is always clean, staff is friendly and genuinely polite. No high pressure sales. Bret in service is a godsend! He always keeps me aware of the status of my truck; never have to wonder timelines or what's happening. Down to earth and sincere about taking care of the customer... These are the reasons I drive past other GMC dealers and a good 40 minutes one way to this dealership. It's about the connection the staff makes with it's customers (caring about the customer and treating them right), and the quality of service provided. The Tech's do it right and do what's needed for the vehicle without a bunch of overcharged add-ons. Other Dealership's take Note -- this is how it's done!
