saved money and no waiting in line

Finally got in the oil change garage after waiting in line for almost an hour and the tech said "hey our prices went up your new oil chang price will be $84 +taxes and fees". So I got in my phone and discovered that for the exact same service I could go down the road to Graff for $58 all in. Taxes & everything. And they take appointment, so no waiting. Yea..... Thanks Wenzel but no thanks.

"doing our best to remain competitive" - sounds like a marketing line to me... sorry. Better comment would be "failing to remain competitive". No mention of the very long wait, but thats just customer's time, right?
On the plus side, the people at Wenzel were nice and polite at least.

Hello Bill, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our pricing. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.
