Buyer Beware!

My current lease was ending and I needed to downgrade. I was interested in the GLC but had to get a GLA due to what I could afford. It was a long long process of stopping in, looking, considering a completely different brand all together, etc. So finally after many many text messages of going back and forth and also giving up all together in Mercedes, they offered a deal that was great. I leased a GLA 2019 with over 5K miles on it for $330/mo, $1000 down, and 12K miles yr. I was very busy right at the time this offer came to me. My work schedule did not allow me to make it there during business hours. I had seen a GLA in person but not this particular one. I could've come on Saturday and calmly signed everything but the salesman (Alex) sent me multiple texts asking when can I come in, I need to get this submitted, etc. Put A LOT of pressure on me. So I stopped in before work and had a very limited amount of time. As I was signing everything I stated, "I don't even know what I'm signing" and Alex said, "don't worry, your brother read everything." When I confirmed, that was not the case. My brother thought I had already read everything so he just signed where he was told to. Then I was taken to see my car. At first glance it was cute. But as I drove to work, the interior color pattern bothered me a lot. I messaged the salesman about 10 minutes after driving off and explained that I am not liking the interior and I would like to see the black one they had. He told me over and over it's a done deal, you cannot switch, something about a certificate already being processed and how it's VIN specific, cannot switch no matter what, it's not possible. So I asked to speak with the manager (Ian). He actually told me I could switch but the catch is I would be paying $60 more monthly for the car I was asking for. HERE'S THE CATCH....the car has less miles, exactly the same options as the one I had AND is listed at a cheaper price!!! Less miles, same options, cheaper total price yet I'll have to more each month for it. Does that make sense to any of you?? Sounds like a bunch of b.s. to me. So basically, if you want to deal with an bunch of b.s. and back and forth b.s. about the numbers...GO TO SEWELL MERCEDES of West Houston. So the salesman lied about the contract being read. He lied about the option to switch cars. The manager, Ian, actually said you have 5 days. I called the day I signed the lease. I do not trust anyone at that location now and this is my first time dealing with Sewell. Unfortunately they have ruined the reputation of the brand for me.
