New car search after 11 years

Had not picked up a new vehicle since '05 and were on the lookout for a 4 door with decent MPG and leg room in the back seat! Went the rounds looking at other makes, and zeroed in on a Mazda 6 Touring. Honestly, never considered a Mazda before. You get quite a bit of car for the price! Safety, features, style... Bountiful Mazda was not the first pick of dealers since it was a bit out of the way, but after comparing the overall feel of the service between dealers, Jeff Larsen at the Bountiful UT dealer made the whole experience pretty comfortable. Jeff met the target pricing and payments we had in mind as well as the exact car we wanted (interior color, tint, paint color, extras etc). I'll definitely return when we are looking again. They have a loyalty program deal for previous Mazda owners as well!

I just bought a car from bountiful mazda last week, I had an excellent experience. Brent Lund was my saleman and he was so fantastic and helpful this is my very first car I have bought all on my own, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

No Hassle Experience

After searching for a vehicle over a six month period; I continually ended up being the most impressed with Mazda vehicles. I was not impressed by the way in which I was treated at many local dealerships. Finally I decided to travel a little further to try out a different Mazda dealership. Bountiful Mazda was a much better experience. The knowledgeable staff and no pressure atmosphere were much more conducive with my easy going yet assertive personality. Thank you Brandon and Dianne. I ended up with a well-kept 2011 Mazda 3 that had all of the maintenance performed at the Bountiful Mazda dealership as shown on the Carfax.

Bountiful is great - don't trust Orem

Dianne, Jason, and Scott were all eager to ensure that I had a good experience and felt satisfied with my purchase. They originally sold me a used car that was acquired through the Orem store (a place I will never trust) that had been in a serious accident without disclosure. They took the car back, sent it back to Orem, and sold me a car I am now quite happy with, for a reasonable price. They spent a great deal of time with me, and gave me the opportunity to drive the now-purchased vehicle for a couple days before signing the final paperwork. In the end, I was very pleased with their customer-centered service and transparent, low-pressure approach.

I've bought a car from Bountiful Mazda myself and had an incredible experience getting the car I love, and I brought my boyfriend to browse for some cars and ended up buying a car the exact same night. All of the staff are so friendly and efficient and the cars are in GREAT condition.

I went to Bountiful Mazda to buy my first car. I was super nervous and our sales man, Sean, was awesome in helping me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. He was never pushy and was really great to work with. They ended up giving me four new tires, a brake alignment, and a full detail including a buff and a wax. I really recommend these guys if you are buying your first car, or any car really!

I would definitely recommend going to this dealership and having Jason Rainey "The Red Head" help you choose the perfect car you want. Jason was very nice and answered any questions I had. He was never pushy or intimidating like most salesmen at other dealerships. This dealership has won many awards and I can see why. I'm very glad to do business with Bountiful Mazda!

Comfortable Purchase Experience

This was the first time we purchased from a dealer. We usually shy away from dealerships because you hear horror stories of high pressure sales antics. We found the opposite to be true at Bountiful Mazda. Our sales associate was friendly and willing to show us whatever we wanted. The sales manager was extremely honest and just laid out all the options and told us the benefits of each. I would definitely recommend Bountiful Mazda for any first time car buyers. Great dealership, sweet cars!

Best Mazda Dealer

The Bountiful Mazda team is amazing. They drove same day all the way to Orem just so that I could drive off the lot with my favorite car in the color I wanted. I was overwhelmingly impressed with the service. Tyler Flandro was an extremely helpful and down to earth sales man. He was honest and made my experience buying a car not only enjoyable but easy. Bountiful Mazda is hands down where you want to conduct your Mazda business.

What a great experience buying our first Mazda. First time my wife and I have bought a car from a dealership. Drew at Bountiful Mazda took car of us from the moment we first stepped in the lot to the moment we drove off with our used Mazda5. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was right and the car has been great. A very well build quality vehicle. Their customer for life benefit has been great. We have done our first schedule maintenance and it went smooth at it was the right price ($30.00 oil change with tire rotation and fluid check for our car, can't beat that). Drew even remembered who we were when we came in a few months later. Made me feel valued as a customer. I have already referred a few friends to look at Bountiful Mazda and will definitely go back for our next car. Thank you Bountiful Mazda.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tyler Flandro and Bountiful Mazda when we purchased our new Mazda 3. There was none of the back and forth "let me talk to my manager' nonsense! Tyler is a fun, knowledgeable sales person and he didn't bat an eye while we tried to make up our minds about which car we wanted!

My experience with Drew and Sally helped me make the decision to purchase the Mazda cx5. I was impressed with the test drive that I had with Sally, she really let me put the car through it's capabilities. Both Sally and Drew knew the car and what it could do. I would definitely purchase another car from this duo. I also appreciated the fact that there was no hard sale. I felt that I made the decision to buy the vehicle not thru pressure from the sales team.

I had a great experience finding my car at Bountiful Mazda. I worked with Drew Shumway, who was helpful and knowledgeable about his product. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy or lease a car. He even gave me his cell number to correspond with him outside of Mazda if I had a question or concern. The finance team was also great. They worked with me to reach a monthly amount that I was comfortable with, and I never felt pressured to make a deal before I was comfortable. The paperwork process was also a breeze, with everything being explained fully by Debbie. Thanks all for a great experience.

We worked with Tyler Flandro and had a great experience. He and all the people we worked with were wonderful. Scott showed us some things we could add on to our vehicle but wasn't pushy at all. We would definitely work with the people at Bountiful Mazda again...it was worth the trip from out-of-state.

These are cool guys. I think they are honest and they know what they are doing. I liked my salesman, Tyler Flandro; I felt like he was on my side. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I felt like I was getting nickeled and dime'd all over the place with dealership fees but I know I got a great car and a good deal, and that is most important. If I could I would give them something like a 4.75 out of 5 and I don't feel like 5 stars accurately conveys that... hence, my 4 star rating. I also highly recommend the Orem Mazda sister-store.

Why did I come here last?

After looking everywhere for a new car and test driving, what felt like, everything from the Ford Explorer to the Moon Lander I finally test drove a Mazda CX-9. I fell in love and after the usual process we are now the proud owners of a new car. I worked with Justin B, and I felt that I was treated honestly and fairly and when I am in the market for a new car I will skip the moon lander and go straight to Bountiful Mazda.

Garry H helped us with our purchase of a trade-in vehicle. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely not pushy! He allowed us to take the vehicle for an overnight "extended test drive" which really helped to evaluate the vehicle.

And has kept our customers coming back again and again for their next Mazda purchase. We believe in being competitive on our pricing on new and used vehicles as well. Our business is se around the "win-win" for both the customer and the business. Tires for Life is very easy to understand. Do your required maintenance from Mazda at our dealership and we will pay for 50% of your tires when they need to be replaced. On top of that we pay for the required oil in your new Mazda for as long as you own your vehicle. Most of our Mazda line up require full synthetic oil for their services. Bountiful Mazda takes care of that for you every time. Your responsibility is to pay for the filter and labor. You're saving $20-$30 dollars every time.
