Thank you for getting my family home safe

Lia Honda Service was great and we arrived safely back to our home in Maryland! The staff of Lia Honda, in particular Nantricia Sibley, served as a guardian angel to our family on 8/29/2022! Ms. Sibley anticipated my urgent need at 9AM on a busy Monday morning (I did not have an appointment - I was an out of state walk-in). The thoughtful way that our car problem was handled left a very positive impression about people in Northampton (our day trip around the area and to MOCA in North Adams had to be cancelled due to tire and battery problems). We plan to return. Thank you Lia Honda for excellent customer care!
