Paid to self diagnose
Written by 08/26/2024
onBrought my car in for a bad Turbo. I had to fight with them to look at it because the service advisor Corryn was hell bent on the car needing an oil change. When I finally got them to look at the turbo they confirmed a bad turbo said I needed a new motor, quoted me $30000.00 and she refused to contact my warranty company for service. I had to tow my car from Boston to Albany NY (I live in Vermont) They quoted a new motor at $12000 and when I got it there, not only did I have a full warranty coverage but my motor was fine I just needed a new turbo! So I paid Boston $460 for an oil change and for me to self diagnose my car.
