Steve Carlson - Service Manager consistently exceeds my expectations for dealership service. Unmatched excellent communication and always advocating for the customer - unheard of these days. He always makes certain my requirements are met and he ensures that my service experience is positive. If you go to Colonial Chevrolet ask for Steve Carlson - you will not be disappointed. Colonial Chevrolet is fortunate to have a sincere professional manger as part of their team. Great job!
