I would like to thank everyone at Colonial West Acton for the awesome service that I received while purchasing my car. I will highly recommend this Dealership to everyone! I have to admit that when we first drove into the car lot I had very mixed feeling. Last weekend I had a bad experience with another dealership and now the process of looking for car was not something that I was looking forward to. I had done my homework and I knew that this particular dealership had several cars that would make a nice upgrade for me. Although all of the cars were very nice I knew they also had the car that had everything that I wanted…. As we were walking around the lot looking at several of the cars a friendly, smiling Luke E. headed toward us across the parking lot. It was immediately apparent that Luke genuinely loves his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. I can honestly say that Luke has one of the most positive attitudes that I have ever encountered in a salesman. He was willing to take the time to talk with us, to find out exactly what we were looking for, and then he worked with us to make it happen. He really went the extra mile for us. He really made a great impression on me and it was refreshing to have someone of that caliber for our salesman. The Malibu that I purchased is perfect!!!!
