My experience with Jones was exceptional. The degree of follow-up with the sales rep was great and their level of service and courtesy was among the best I have experienced at any dealership. They were attentive to my needs and more than fair with the deal we struck. They indicated that they wanted to earn my business, something you often hear from car dealers, but they truly lived to that standard.

Used car sale review

After purchasing this vehicle my wife and I discovered as soon we got home that the spare key was defective. Over six months of efforts to get this dealer to replace the defective key was futile. Eventually we purchased a spare key ourselves. This experience after buying the car makes Jones Junction Hyundai we cannot recommend, and suggest others avoid.
Professional, Transparent, Excellent Experience

This week I purchased my 4th Sonata from this dealership, and I will keep coming back. I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and could not be happier. I hear all of the stories about ripoffs and games played by dealerships when purchasing a new car , and have experienced this myself a long time ago. Every time I have purchased a vehicle here, it has always been a hassle free experience. This time , I was trading in a 2011 Sonata with very high mileage, some flaws in the body, and probably not the cleanest car around ;/ . The Sales Manager, Wallace ( my first time dealing with him ) could not have been more professional. He does not hide in some tower or executive office somewhere. He is right there for you. My salesman, Rodney Lloyd, was professional , knowledgeable, with no pressure added. I had to call him the next day to assist me with the Blue Link process, and he answered right away , took care of the entire process for me, and my Blue Link was ready and active when I got off of work. This was the second car he sold me. Hats off to them for treating the customer with the respect they deserve, and not just "chasing the money". I am a customer for life and I recommend them to anyone reading this review . Give them a shot, you will not be sorry

Salesman, Al, was a pleasure to work with. Service on 2011 Sonata was done & explained. Advisor took the effort to track us down with info and give us the work order. Phone call to schedule appointment handled efficiently.Bernie helped greatly.

My salesman Al Garfall, was personable yet professional. He had a vast knowledge of the Hyundai Elantra, as well as what was in stock which helped making a selection easy. This is my fifth Hyundai purchase and I can easily say that this time was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I should mention that financing was as easy to deal with as well, very friendly and professional. I am confidant that if I needed a new car, I would purchase it from Al and his team at Jones Hyundai. Thank you for a pleasurable car buying experience!

No Better than Jones Junction

About 7 months ago I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent SE from Jones Junction Hyundai. The salesman was Mike C. and the manager that handled the details was Wallace S. Mike did a good job by showing me a bunch of cars that would accommodate my disability until I found the one that I wanted and worked for me. Wallace did a great job with giving me the details of the optional services available after you buy your car. He makes you feel very comfortable and did not pressure me with scare tactics to buy options. There are a ton of reasons why Jones Junction is the place to buy a car such as all of the amenities they offer: free oil change for life: life time engine warranty, free car wash for life, etc, etc. However, as good as all these great features are, it is the people that take care of you that are probably the best reason to buy at Jones. I needed to make an adjustment in the car to accommodate my handicap (nothing in conflict with any ADA restrictions or regulations). It was something that Wallace did not have to deal with at all but he went out of his way to get Jones mechanics to make the correct adjustments and made driving more comfortable for me. Another time I got a flat tire and called Jones to ask Wallace what to do and if I should call road assist even though the car was parked outside my condo. Well, before I knew it, that day, there was Wallace and Mike C. showing up at my condo, got my keys and went to my car to put the fix-it stuff in to clog the leak so I could get it to Jones to get it repaired. How many "Managers" do you know that would do that for you? Not many if any. They really have a family like atmosphere there in all the departments so if you are looking to buy a Hyundai or any car, go to Jones Junction. If you are getting a Hyundai Wallace Stuart is the man to see. He really makes you feel like family and will go out of his way to get you the best deal you can get, and then go out of his way to deal with any issues you might have after the buy. Smoke & Mirrors

Great big smiles and fast talk. Tell you about how many cars they sell, and how their salemen are top seller. In the end they just sweet talk without any deals. Also tell you how the other dealers can't sell you a car for the price you have already bin given. Watch your wallet. They will charm you out of your socks, but the bottom line is no great deals here. Keep looking in my opinon.
