I worked with Jae at BMW Catonsville. I had lots of questions through out the process and he was really easy to get a hold of and full of knowledge. I was able to text him via cell phone and he answered within mins. He took time explaining all the options and when I received my car he took time to show me how to use everything. 100% would use him again.
