Beyond expectations!

Lance Garrison has now sold my second vehicle to me in less than six months! I traded in my cars for a brand new RX350 in June, came back on Black Friday for its first service and was lent a LS460 F Sport - which I traded my RX350 for. This dealership is clean, beautiful, and offers everything you could want if you have to wait on your vehicle - even a massage chair! Service staff are polite, professional, and have always greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Walser Lexus has all my future car purchases!

Kind, professional, knowlegeable, no pressure and very efficient. That describes Vy Nguyen-the person that sold me my 2015 Lexus. He made this experience a total non-stressful transaction. I texted him a question at 09.45pm on a Friday night..not expecting to hear from him until Monday morning. Got a text back within 10 minutes. You should be proud of this awesome employee.

Wow! What a Difference!

Was a little intimidated going in to buy my first luxury automobile, but Scholfield really put us at ease. From the folder with the Luxury Experience items to the relaxed negotiation, we were very pleased. We felt like we got a fair deal for our trade in and was very pleased with the attention to detail from the introduction to the service team to the General Manager (he meets every buyer and gave us his card with his direct line!). We will be doing business here again and telling our friends!
