Happy with my new Lexus!

I appreciated being able to check out the cars without a sales person “”hovering”. When I was ready to get more information, I was introduced to wonderful sales consultant, Frank, who made the whole process stress and hassle free! He was very knowledgeable, and I knew I was in good hands. Lexus of Orange Park also provided complementary lunch, which was a nice surprise. This the first time I have been to a Lexus dealership and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Quanlity and quantity. Doesn't matter how many times I have visited, it's always exceptional service. Though I have a Lexus down the street from where I am, I prefer Lexus of OP.

Good experience

Because the valet service was booked so far out I did my first service at the dealership. It was scheduled promptly by Susan and was a smooth experience. The service was done timely and the communication was thorough. Used a loaner to enjoy lunch and a little shopping. Good experience! Thanks Susan

My service advisor, Reuben was very personable. He confirmed the reason for my service appointment, advised on how the process would work and informed me throughout the waiting period. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I would recommend Reuben for any owner looking for a pleasant experience. He is able to provide great service to multiple clients at the same time which is commendable.

Love Lexus of Orange Park

We own two Lexus cars, a 2010 IS250 with 187,000 miles, and a just purchased Lexus Certified 2021 ES250 . We purchased again at Lexus of Orange Park a few weeks ago because of their excellence in every way. Eric, “The Senator”, in sales is the best. Professional, honest, courteous. The service department is truly excellent. They just replaced the battery in our ES250 today. Provided a loaner car as battery was not immediately available. They have never tried to sell me any service that was not truly needed. I have been using them for about eight years and have never been disappointed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always easy and pleasant

Service is so easy to schedule thanks to Susan. She is very accommodating and always so pleasant to work with in setting up a time and in keeping me informed of the progress of the service. I have always used the valet service for pick up and delivery back home. The drivers are prompt and courteous and I always enjoy chatting with them. The service is timely and I am always provided a detailed report when my car is returned. Nice to see that excellent service still exists.

I have already provided stellar 5 star reviews for this dealership on Google so I thought I would add more on another platform to share the word. Went in on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival I am always greeted by the nicest valet techs. They are Johnny on the spot and at your door by the time you open it to get you checked in. I arrived a little early for my apt and my service advisor was assisting another customer. Jomar, the Service Manager, saw I was standing there for less than 3 mins and stepped in to assist. He had me out the door and in my loaner within a matter of minutes. He was strategic enough to put me in a spanking brand new RX for the enticement factor. I appreciated his motivation to show current Lexus owners what is new in the Lexus world in the hopes of retaining us as loyal Lexus drivers for years to come. The few minutes I spent with him I could tell he was an asset to Fields Automotive Group. He exudes the motivation to make that dealership, and his team, the best. He stays on top of current Lexus information and goes above and beyond by retaining all the information he can acquire from Lexus to share with those who want to know. I feel grateful that he assisted me in such a professional and friendly manner. While I am running out of platforms to give this dealership 5 stars, I will never stop bragging about them to anyone who needs to find a place of calm when thinking about buying or servicing a Lexus. Jo at, you should be commended on your drive to succeed and to take your team to the next level.
