Hands down the best car buying experience. I was looking for a very specific color, make and Kia model and was told that it was like finding a needle in a pile of needles. Lane was my main sales rep and did a fabulous job finding the exact car I was looking for. The whole Kia of Appleton team truly works as a team and I feel like I was helped by almost every person that works at this location. Most definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bergstrom but specifically Kia of Appleton. I am overly-satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the service I've received thus far.

We were looking into buying a Kia Sportage after much research on vehicles to buy. We were helped by Lane Evans at the very end of the day. When i say the end of the day i mean the last 20 minutes of Bergstrom Kia of Appleton being open. Being someone who used to work in the industry I know how frustrating it can be when someone comes in at the very last minute. He was nothing but nice and patient with us. We weren't really sure if we wanted to go used or new so we talked over our options and he set up a quick test drive. Well since it was close to closing time I told him i could come back on a Wednesday since I didn't want to take up anymore his time. When I got in that Wednesday he had all the paper work for the many different options we had discussed. My wife wasn't with me however this time and I ultimately walked away from the dealership but told him the timing was off a little bit and we would be back in a month. Well we went back about a month later thinking we were going to buy new instead of used. Well there was a used one there that we wanted to look at but was being worked on in the shop. He was able to get us to look at it with in a few minutes. He also let us test drive 2 other new one an SX and a LX. Once again he had to go through all the numbers and had to locate and SX. Since they didn't have the color we wanted at the dealership. He let me and my wife hash out what we ultimately wanted in private. Ultimately we were really happy with our experience, and Lane Evans was super patient with us. I know we were a bit of a pain in the butt. He never gave us that notion though. I really appreciate all that he was able to do for us and we are very happy with our purchase.

Didn't get what I want got something better

Went to Bergstrom KIA for an Rondo, was told that it had already been sold:-( However Lane Evans and the other fine folks at Bergstrom worked hard and I wound up purchasing a KIA Amantai. So far loving the car and the friendly sales staff at Bergstrom KIA

Exceeding all expectations

Our Sales Rep and his superior went above and beyond our expectations to find us a vehicle different in color than the one we just purchased. We were greatly disappointed with the vehicle color after less than 2 hours of owning it. They found a replacement for us in less than one week!

Went to this dealership to look at the Kia Sorento and felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door. Lane Evans is who we leased our Kia Sorento from and I couldn't have been any happier with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions we had. On the day of delivery, he spent time with me sitting inside the vehicle going over everything. Lane provided excellent customer service. I have already spoken to people about the service we received from him. I will be back to see him in two years when my lease is up!

Went to the dealership not knowing what to expect. The first time we talked with Pat our salesman we felt very comfortable. So comfortable that we didn't go to any other dealerships. Answered all of our questions and only showed us what we wanted. We would go back and work with Pat anytime!

We first Leased a 2012 Kia Rio from Cory in the Fall of 2012, I loved the Car my husband Thought it was to small. 18 months later we went to Cory again and leased a 2013 Kia Sportage, it was bigger and was great in the snow, Then this last winter we received a post card from Bergstrom say they wanted to purchase our Sportage back, however Cory was no longer with the dealer we were using. A simple search on a social media site and we found him 5 minutes later we were on the phone with Him. We went to Bergstrom of Appleton that weekend and found our Platinum Graphite 2016 Sorento EX I love this car and I am so thankful for having Cory for our Salesman He has made every Sale a pleasure and smooth and easy experience. He is a Awesome sales, and we will continue to use him as our Favorite Car Salesman!

The service I received was impeccable. I was treated as if I were a family member instead of a customer. They answered my questions and even after my purchase checked up on me to make sure I was satisfied. Lane was the first person who started helping me in the search of a new car and he made my needs his priority. I highly recommend shopping with him. Thanks so much again :) I love my Nissan Versa.

I was recently in to visit the new Kia store and had the privilage to meet Wes Ray. He was very welcoming when I arrived, I honestly have not experienced such a welcoming atmosphere in any other store. I was looking for a specific vehicle while not knowing too much about the certain vehicle. Wes made it very apparent that he is very knowledgable on the vehicles he works with. That eased my sense of my future purchase. His warming personality made my experience tremendous and I look forward to stopping back in soon! I also am very happy with my vehicle! My Wife & I purchased a brand new Kia Sorento from Wes Ray and could not be happier with the experience. At no time we felt any pressure during the process and Wes did an excellent job of collecting our requirements for the vehicle we needed and matching them with the vehicle he had. At no time were we in a pressure sales situation and all optional additional purchases were presented in a non biased way where we were allowed to evaluate our decisions before moving forward. We have never had this type of car buying experience anywhere. We purchased the Kia for the best in industry warranty and enjoyed working with our Appleton Kia dealership in the process.
