Waste of time

onInternet sales Dept is absolutely terrible! Sent an entire email of my situation with my existing car loan, and after several emails, asked if I was aware I had an existing car loan. I guess the only way to get their attention, is to wave $$ in front of them. Definatly not your "neighborhood" car dealer. If you want to be treated with any respect or dignity, keep looking.

onThanks to the awesome staff that work here my boyfriend not only has a reliable vehicle but I as well have a reliable vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got dependable vehicles that were affordable and ones we would also be happy with. Would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle

Very poor new car customer service by sales MGR.

onOutten Kia shorted us by 500.00 $ & when the new car sales manager was told about it he said he didn't remember a thing about it and the salesperson does not work there anymore so he had no one to check it over with. Then when they filed a rebuttal on ripoffreport they had some things right but most of their explanation was a finance managers smooth talk to try and have you think that what he said was true. In the first call to Peter I requested the paperwork be looked into by the new car sales manager, no surprise , they conveniently could not find it but some manager tried to explain it on ripoffreport in their rebuttal . They said that it was my choice to not take the Kia " Rebate ". And go with another bank for an extra 3 months to get to a agreeable payment. We told them we could pay cash for the vehicle In 1 week. Why would we give up a 500. DISCOUNT as it was shown on the worksheet. They suggested we go with this alternate bank because they had too much to lose , selling the car at sticker with lots of aftermarket products and services, at a hefty profit, no less. We were not told it was a rebate either in person or on the worksheet. They realized that they were trying to finance way too much money because they sold the car at sticker, not including the 500.00 off as we understood the deal to be, so they had no choice but to look for a bank that would go along with their shenanigans & immoral business practices. Trying to get this resolved has taken all but a month with many calls being sent to voicemail and not returned. We were told that they will not resolve this ripoff in our favor even though it was clearly their fault. I would have taken them to court, but they have small print on the buyers order saying the customer agrees to not take things to court, but they can take it to arbitration, which costs over 900. $ to begin the process . Do not do business with this group of unscrupulous individuals, and make sure you tell your friends about it so they wont get screwed over because I believe that Outten Kia thinks that all of their customers are nuts because they to SKREW them as much as is legally possible, every time.
