These guys are really down to earth and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all and there is no haggling or shady sales tactics. It's been a few years since I've bought a car from a dealership, but my past experiences with dealers frankly, has not been fun. This time was much different and actually fun. They are very transparent and their prices were actually below blue book in a lot of cases. Definitely will be coming back.

There were so many issues with the truck when it was delivered to me. - Rear driver door did not lock at all. - Front passenger door did not unlock and that window functioned intermittently. - Driver door master lock/unlock button and window buttons functioned only intermittently. - The brakes rotors were terribly warped. - The auxiliary port is pushed into the dash. - It had less than 1/4 tank of gas. - REEKED of very recent cigarette smoke! - It had 500+ miles more than my purchase paperwork! - It was incredibly dirty. As if someone had just taken it off-roading for the weekend. Layers of dirt everywhere. Behind the gauge cluster and center clock display so bad it was unreadable. Dirt caked inside the overhead sunglass pockets, in every crack and crevice, in the seat belt compartments, under the seats, etc. I made 3 separate 100+ mile round trips to this dealership to handle this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer experience. I received no actual repairs, discounts, credits, or assistance of any kind. The service department ignored these issues (directed so by Sales) and returned the vehicle without having repaired, cleaned, or even fueled up the truck they had for a week. Horrible experience all around. No one I speak to will ever visit this dealership. For sales or for service. UPDATE -Less than 2 months into the truck and already having check engine codes and major mechanical issues. Zero stars would be more appropriate considering how much time and money this has cost me already.
