Shawn DeBakey was my salesman, to start he is phenomenal. A lot of people say the cars sell themselves, I don’t believe that one bit. This young man went out of his way to make sure we felt at home and helped around the lot looking for a car for my wife until....I saw the scat pack challenger sitting all lonesome and he offered a test drive. He allowed me to see what this car was all about and at the end he said “so when do you wanna buy it?” I could resist but say “today!”. He not only helped me find a car for myself but a car I fell in love with. He didn’t hesitate to get the paperwork and make my car buying process seamless. He saw the sell all the way through and even offered to go above an beyond if I needed anything after the fact he was there for me to answer any questions. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and I will definitely make my way back to get my wife in a new car hersef. I come from a humble beginning and it’s been hand me downs all my life and my dream has been to buy a car I want from a dealership and drive it off the lot. Shawn made sure to fulfill that dream thank you!

Don was an amazing and perfectly personable salesman. Even though I did not find my ideal new car yet I very much enjoyed my time with Don and his positive attitude. I would send anyone to him. Of all the members of the national team we encountered Don was the most genuine.

Although I did eventually end up buying the vehicle at this dealership, i am beginning to regret it. Here it is all but 30 days later and no follow up to attempt to make arrangements to fix MAJOR discrepancies on my vehicle (RAM) nor did I receive my detailing service after purchasing because the service department was closed but my wife's vehicle that came from Wilmington sure did get detailed and Still NO Plate or registration for either vehicle and again all but 30 days later. Still trying to figure the new vehicles out since all we were given was a "hey here is a CD with all the info pertaining to your vehicles good luck. I am honestly thinking about getting rid of it already just to sever my ties with dodge, I regret buying in Jacksonville, I should have went to Wilmington on out of state.
