Ashley Weiss is a Rockstar!! Just bought a 2021 Dodge Rebel. Best car buying experience I ever had. 95% of the work was taken care of on line and by text. Papers and truck were waiting for me and I was out the door in about an hour. I live 2 hours away and this definitely worth the trip. Great service!!

I was paired up with Joe LaSpisa after making a phone call to the operation. This occurred after an unpleasurable experience with another operation in the area. I told Joe what I was looking for and he and his team worked hard to locate the vehicle for me since ordering a car is not an option with manufacturing operations currently being shut down. We negotiated/communicated via phone and texts in light of the current environment but this is how I prefer to do my car transactions anyway. It was pretty seamless. Once the car was obtained and the numbers agreed upon, I went to the facility to finalize everything and pickup the vehicle. While I dealt with Chris and Oz on the inside, Joe explained all of the features to my girlfriend who will be the primary driver of the vehicle. I was pleased with the guys on the inside and my girlfriend was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and explanations regarding the vehicle itself. I would certainly deal with the Joe and the team at Ray again. Plus, this operation does a great job supporting many things in the surrounding community, including many activities at our local high school in Richmond. Nice job guys!

Fantastic place to do business! I live nowhere close to Ray, but after hearing good things from my brother I knew it was worth driving up to Fox Lake. I personally worked with Ray to make payments affordable on my new truck. I also had Mike Calbillo (sales) go over all the features in my Ram so that I had a decent understanding of what I was getting into. When I came into rays I had absolutely no hope . I had been to 2 other dealers and they all said they couldn’t help me. Justin assured me that he was going to get me into the jeep that I wanted.
