Celeste is the best

I had an early morning appointment to get my QX 55 service. Celeste Hill was my service representative. She was cheery and took very good care of me from the moment I entered the service area through the course of my service. Celeste Hill kept me updated on my vehicle service. It also ended up needing brakesCeleste Hill. Let me know what my options were happy and very outgoing a very good person to talk to. I would highly recommend her to help you with your services. I can’t say enough good things about her had a great experience like I always do at Lia Infiniti

Mike Bingham was very personable and professional. He offered to drive me home from my appointment as it would take a few hours. Then a car came back to my house to bring me to pick up my serviced car. Excellent service!

My service appointment was handled very professionally and efficiently. Celeste my service adviser was very friendly and helpful. She explained to me which service was needed and why. She also applied some coupons towards the service bill. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Lia Infiniti

Celeste was amazing. She was very helpful when I needed new tires. She gave me different quotes and options. She printed everything out for me and provided me with her email address. She was very prompt about answering my emails and questions.

Tire not holding air!

regular 5K maintenance with myQx55 plus inspection , excellent service by staff & with Celeste Hill , thank you , my only problem was that my Lia perks and rewards were not being counted for discounts for almost 2 years but Celeste assured us that she’ll make sure it’s credited the next time we come around

I m always treated wonderfully at the Lia Infinity dealership in Latham NY. I’m greeted with a smile and what can we do for you attitude. Rodney Curl was my favorite person when I brought my car in for service, I happened to have a broken part on my car and he was quick to offer assistance. The part was ordered and replaced by Rodney pretty quickly. I was very impressed by their quality of service.
